At the heart of my practice lies the understanding that yoga goes beyond mere physicality. It is a sacred space for cultivating awareness, compassion, and resilience. Each session I offer is thoughtfully crafted to nourish the body, mind, and spirit, providing a welcoming atmosphere to reconnect with one’s true essence. Through a blend of breath-focused movement and mindful interaction, I create a supportive environment where participants can thrive and honour the profound power of yoga as a pathway to healing and authentic connection. Here, we celebrate the journey of self-discovery and the beauty of community, encouraging each individual to embrace their unique path with grace and openness.

I bring to this work, shaped by years of training and study, and a very real and personal understanding of what it means to use practice as a pathway through the hard stuff. Through anxiety, an eating disorder, cancer, and a life lived across many corners of the world, yoga has been the one constant that always brought me back to myself. That is what I want for you too.

I offer a monthly online membership so you can practice from wherever you are in the world, as well as in-person classes in Brisbane for those who love to share the space.

Soulful Women’s Retreats

I create transformational journeys grounded in experiential knowledge, ancient practice, and the intuitive wisdom within us all. My intention with Soulful Women’s Retreats is to help you live authentically, rest confidently in your truth, and discover deeper layers of your being. Since starting these retreats, I have witnessed the profound impact of gathering in this way, observing many participants gain clarity, find the courage to make significant life changes, and experience small shifts that continue to ripple out years later.

These transformations ignite my fire, and I am grateful to extend my offerings to more women each year. I now host three or more Soulful Women’s Retreats annually.

ReWilding Retreats

There’s nothing quite like the thrill of the open road and the excitement of a boarding pass in hand!

I believe the magic you experience while traveling mirrors the magic within you. I’ve created these experiences with a sense of being in lesser-known, less-traveled places, offering a sense of awe and adventure away from the usual spots. These ReWilding experiences invite yoga students to shift from solo studio practices into transformative adventures in incredible destinations, all within a supportive community. These retreats take us down roads less traveled, offering unique and enriching experiences that welcome both men and women.

Over the years, my global community has grown, and with each retreat, the experience becomes more exhilarating and enriching than the last.

Behind the Practice

I found yoga in my early twenties, not because I was looking to teach, but because I needed somewhere to land. That search took me across the world and back again, through joy, loss, healing, and return. Now I'm here, grounded and still evolving, offering classes, retreats, and online practices grounded in embodiment, breath, and the quiet wisdom of coming home to yourself.
